Scalefaces Once humans, the scalefaces got infected by an unknown virus which dramatically increased the production of bile in the bodysystem - twice as worse as jaundice. Their skin hardned and dried out resulting in severe cracks and wounds, especially around the jaw, making them resemble scaly people, hence the name. What could look like gangrene colored the softer skin beneath the scales in an almost black color, making it leathery after a few days as a "healing" process. Therefore the scalefaces are kinda stiff in their movements, constantly cracking new places and producing leatherskin to cover the wounds. They're highly aggresive, territorial and will feed on humans if nothing else is available. Attachments:
