The kick hurt, there was no doubt about that. Henry grimaced but quickly let his expression turn to a scowl. He moved his blocking arms down to protect more of his body now, learning quickly. She wouldn't be able to pull that trick on him again.
While her theory of anger making him sloppy would have surely worked in other circumstances. Pru had missed something very important about Henry's character that may have rendered her fight plan useless.
"You're out of your league little bird." he sneered, apparently recovered from the pain her kick had inflicted on him moments before. Henry blocked her loose punches, stepping closer to her but still not making any attempt to hit back just yet.
Some of the crowd started to murmur, and a few yelled out. "Hit her already!" "What are you waiting for?!"
------- Silas did everything Evelyn asked of him, albeit sluggishly and like he was about to pass out. He wanted to thank her but the pain all over him was much to distracting.

"It's yer loss," Ambrose curled his lip slightly as he reached forwards to shake Hindrick's hand, shaking it firmly. This was money in the bank as far as he was concerned. Even if the girl seemed to be generally respected within the fight club, perhaps even actively admired, she was still dwarfed by Henry and Henry seemed to be holding up just fine. For him, fighting was dictated by logic; logic pointed towards the girl being the loser of this fight.
If his brother was quite so convinced, he didn't show it. Reinhardt observed in silence, the fingers of his good hand steeped against the knuckles of the other as he watched. Perhaps knowing the tactics of both fights would help him regardless of which individual won; he would get insight into how to bring one down as well as the tactics of a winner. It was strange, seeing people fight for fun. It was strange to see them do it without weapons as well. A knife could make all the difference on the streets, but here everyone was stripped of such advantages.

Pru's analysis was buckling, the blonde wasn't going to be cracked as easy as she had anticipated. He was more controlled than she'd have given him credit to, but that only meant that she would have to resort to more effective means. All she needed was him to lower his left guard a little. She kept throwing punches at his face to hopefully keep his guard upwards, so she could strike her favorite point with a kick. A joint, his knee. When the time seemed right she shifted her weight to her hind leg, striking with her left and kicking towards the knee. It wasn't supposed to be a hard kick, just pushing the joint sideways should at least make for a painful flinch. If that worked she wouldn't even have to set her left foot down and could instead try a roundhouse to aim t his temple. Given that his guard didn't come up in that time. If he caught her leg, wriggling out would be troublesome.

Evelyn turned away from him to lean on the wall, waiting for the effects of the pain reliever to kick into Silas's system, which shouldn't be too long since the med's she gave him were almost instant helpers. She watched the fight for a minute, watching as Henry seemed to try and bulldoze his was slowly towards Pru. After watching the girl take a kick Evelyn went back to her patient, kneeling in front of him and tapping the uninjured side of his face lightly in case he was passing out. Feeling of the outside world usually helped keep people focused in these situations. "Doin' any better?" she asked, pulling a roll of white clothed bandaging and a roll of skin toned cloth tape. "Your nose will be the last thing Imma fix once the meds are better taken over" She state as she set the rolls on the crate and picked up the rag from his lap to wipe more blood off his face from his nose gently.
"I need to check if you have any broken ribs, so this might hurt a bit" she stated. (Im not sure what he is wearing otl) if he was wearing a shirt she slid it up with one hand to see better, if not she went right to work. She took note of the slight bruising of the ribs, her fingers gently putting pressure on his middle ribs and worked her way down to his lower ones to make sure they didn't move or make any sounds that would confirm that they were broken.
When she was satisfied that he was in no danger of his organs getting punctured as his ribs were still single bones she shifted so she was half straddling him, sitting on the crate between his legs, but her legs over his. Oh how she wished she had a taller seat so she could just stand up when having to wrap up torso's easier and more comfortable, there has been several occasions of some sleazeball guy getting the wrong impression already and she hated that. She looked over to Hendrick briefly with a slight groan "Hendrick, remember that table I mentioned last time I fixed your ribs up? Yea, that would be super convenient right now.." she stated to him with a raised brow.
"Alright, Imma wrap your lower torso up, it will restrict you from bending over but it'll help keep an even pressure." she explained to Silas before taking her cloth roll and beginning to wrap up his lower ribs, her arms swiftly transferring the wrap around his body from the roll in mere moments so that it was tight but not so tight that he wouldn't be able to breath normally.

The shorter man shook back easily and gave a smile. He was confident in Pru's abilities, but if he did lose this bet it was only a 100 dollars. No biggie. Hindrick sat back and watched at the fight continued. This might be a match for Pru, which was good, she needed some more practice.
Evelyn's voiced all to him and he looked back. "I'm still looking for one Evie. Don't worry," He gave a snorting laugh at Evelyn's position, "I don't think he's too awake to really care though. But I'll check on that table for you." With that he turned back to watch Pru and Henry fight, watching the two dance a dangerous tango.

Henry watched her carefully, blocking punches and slowing making his way closer to her, evidently he had some sort of plan but it was hard to tell what it was.
Suddenly she had caught him off guard again, this time in the knee. He flinched, He wasn't quite fast enough though and he couldn't manage to raise his guard in time to catch her leg. The kick caught him in the cheek as he raised his head up a few inches at the last moment.
Henry moved back a few feet and spat blood and a tooth on the ground, wiping his mouth and giving her a venomous look. "That fuckin' hurt." he told her, still calm apparently but no longer in a flirting mood. "Well if that the way you wanna play it." He cracked his neck intimidatingly and moved in on her with surprising speed for a man his size.
He threw his left fist at one side of her head but at the same time preparing to catch any attacks aimed at him in retaliation.
-------------
Silas watched the woman go about fixing him up with a vague expression. He couldn't remember why he'd come down here in the first place, maybe because he was under the impression that he would win? Stupid Silas. She was hurting him but he knew that it was necessary so he stayed still and played the perfect patient.

(Har, shortpost c:))
Ambrose was already planning what to do with that hundred bucks. For a moment he considered lending it to Reinhardt to pay his landlord, but he changed his mind immediately and decided not to get his hopes up. Chances were this guy didn't have the hundred anyways, handshakes meant nothing these days. At least he'd get the satisfaction of being right; it sure as hell looked as if Henry would best Prudence.

Pru tensed up at Henrys sudden burst of speed, hopping backwards and only barely dodging his fist, so that it grazed her temple. Even that left an impact she had to make up for with a sidestep to catch her balance. Would she get hit she was certain now, it would be a clean knock out.
Within the blink of an eye her feet shifted back to their original stance, she dropped lower her hind leg pushing forward while she twisted her upper body to get her right arm behind his defense, aiming for his chin. He had already spit one tooth, she was curious to see if he would spit another from the uppercut, given that she got him right and made sure she wasn't hit herself by being so close. Whether she hit him or not she made sure to pull out as fast and swift as possible after the blow, hopefully evading the huge fists.

Evelyn rolled her eyes with a crooked smile as she shook her head slightly when Hindrick laughed at her current predicament before going back to her work, and although his lil nickname to her rubbed her the wrong way she didn't seem show her annoyance about it this time around especially since he was looking for something for her own needs.
She glanced over her shoulder at the ring as the sound of sudden shifting of small feet hit he sharp ears, seeing that Pru had gotten brushed by the hit and attempted a rounding punch to get through defense's. But as fast as she looked back she looked back to her own task at hand, dropping the cloth roll and grabbing the tape to secure the cloth on Silas's abdomen. She looked up at his face with a small smirk as she worked her arms and hands quickly around him to wrap the tap. "Your a quiet one even for having a concussion, even the bigger guys are prone to making a ruckus." she stated, finishing up her work on his ribs and dropping the tape roll next to the cloth one.
She took one hand to the uninjured side of his face, the other gently pulling at the wrist to the hand holding the ice so she could see his head injury once more to make sure that it wasn't a gashing or bleeding wound but motioned his hand back as it was just bruised. She took the bloody cloth from the side of the crate and pressed it to his mouth and chin once more to soak the last of the nose bleed. She didn't exactly want him to spit out any blood that may invade his mouth if he talked. "What are you doin' in a place like this anyway? You don't really look to be the fightin' type" she stated as she glanced over his form in front of her, he was lean with some muscle yes, but not enough there to protect him from a good hit... especially from a guy that probably weighed twice his own.

Hindrick continued to watch the pair fight, cringing a little as the brawler's fist just glanced Pru's head. It did seem like a close one. The stocky man absentmindedly went through the motions to get ready for a brawl. His shirt was unbuttoned, then removed, alone with his what t-shirt underneath. he pulled a roll of bandages from his pocket and began wrapping his hands with such expertise he didn't even need to look. Underneath the clothe and professional style the man was different. A few cuts and scars showed on his toned body. Most were covered by tattoos of an interesting manner. Almost all were avian in theme and most of his chest, back and shoulders were covered in inked skin.
Hindrick picked up his glasses again and pushed the up, making sure the bindings he done on his hands were proper. With all that done he stood up and wandered back over to the lockers. When the man had returned he was holding nothing but a bill and devoid of his personal effects from before.
"Here we go, so you know I'm good for it," He smiled and showed Ambrose the hundred bill, then placed it on the crate next to the brothers. Once any conversation with the two siblings had done, the Russian walked back over towards Evelyn.
He leaned heavily on the wall next to where she was working and observed. "How are you doing today Evie? Lot's of fixer-uppers?" He spoke, yet again using his pet name. he couldn't help it, the name sounded right when he spoke to her. Though he could tell she didn't like it. But it showed he cared, because he did. This was a very round about way of him hinting he knew there was something going on and he'd eventually get it out of the woman.

Henry was hit hard by the uppercut and felt the splitting pain in his jaw. He didn't lose another tooth this time but there was now quite a bit of blood running down his lip and chin where he'd bitten himself when she'd hit. She was faster than him he had to admit, and she was getting some good hits in before he could even react. But that was irrelevant really. Henry wasn't going to get beaten by a woman, no matter how fast she was.
Once again she slipped away again, quick as a raptor, but Henry had predicted this. Ignoring the pain in his jaw(or rather using it as motivation) he launched a fast agressive attack, first throwing two punches left and right at her head and then a kick directly at her chest with all the force of a charging triceratops.
If she didn't dodge these then it would probably be game over for the girl...
If he missed then he would quickly move back into a defensive stance...
--------------- Silas looked at Evelyn for a moment, trying to find his voice again, she had asked him a question ands he didn't want to be rude. "... Ah have no idea to be honest..." he said in a muffled voice, swallowing a heap of blood and making a displeased face after he spoke. "I think I was looking fer a way to die.. should have just jumped off a bridge..." he added somewhat too casually and chuckled sadly. He glanced at Hindrick as he approached and stopped speaking, returning to his silent state.

The ginger only barely dodged his fists, and only by leaning backwards dangerously. What she hadn't predicted was for such a bug guy to be capable of a high kick and even though her hopping backwards, he still hit her properly in the ribs, literally lifting her off the ground a few inches. Her back hit the ground and she rolled over her head, back to her feet. It was more of a reflex than an actual technique. She subconsciously touched her chest, that kick really had knocked the wind out of her, and if not that her not so smooth landing had. She gasped a bit, she was shaken up, her chest hurt and breathing came hard.
She figured she couldn't take the man literally head on. She sprinted towards him faking a blow, then shortly before him she pulled her hind leg back, literally turning around him, until she faced his back and started attacking the back of his head with her right. If that didn't make him buckle, she would attack his spine with her knee, given he didn't turn around in that time. If he did she would either go for his nose or back up, depending on his defense. She couldn't take another hit from up close. She knew it was dirty and no really fair boxing, but then again, this was fight club. And dirty was her best chance at these odds.

Her neutral friendly smile faded almost instantly into a frown with a concerned look wiped on her face as he spoke of suicide. "Oh hun..." she said, placing a hand on his shoulder sympathetically. It had been awhile since any mentioning of suicide had came up in any conversation Evelyn had been in or overheard. It was something that easily hit her close to home, remembering the days of those thoughts that haunted her mind hundreds of times in her past. She knew the reason for why she had them, but she didn't know why this man she was patching up at this very moment wanted to. Although she normally wouldn't ask about anything personal, she couldn't really help herself from the situation that she had been in once before herself. "I don't mean to pry... But why would you want to do that?"
By the time Silas had finished his story, if he decided to tell her that is, her attention was pulled away from him as Hindrick approached them to speak with her. She folded her arms, feeling a bit self-conscious all of a sudden, first this guy in front of her confessed about suicidal thoughts, and now Hindrick was asking her a question. Right at the wrong time too as her mind had drifted back to the reason's why she had thought of suicide herself. "Uhh... well, I'm doin' a quite a bit better then this guy here" she stated looking back at Silas "Poor guys a mess allover" she stated, her concerned look still holding its strength, as she started to find her focus going back to the current situation.
She put a hand to Silas's chin, her own body leaning slightly and head tilting as she examined his nose "This is gonna hurt a lot worse then the rib check" she stated, her expression reverting back to a neutral state. She gripped the side of his face firmly and her other hand flattened before being swung open handed into the side of Silas's nose, making a quick loud snapping sound as the nose's bone was snapped back in place so that it was strait again. When she was satisfied that his nose was strait she reached back into her backpack with a clean hand and grabbed another towel, wiping off Silas's blood from her palm where she hit his nose with before getting up from half straddling him and beginning to pick up her supplies and putting them back in her bag (but keeping the bloodied rags on the crate with Silas).
From Hindricks view he got a nice picture of the back of Evelyns neck while she was picking up some things, a large purpley bruise scarred her pail skin right under the collar of her white shirt before she stood back up and slung the bag over her shoulder. "You just sit tight sir... I'll check back on you in a little bit" she said to Silas before looking back to Hindrick to finish answering his question "But otherwise everything's been fairly... Normal. Mostly the same injuries all around this club, though that last guy was the first concussion of the night" she stated as she walked past him to unlock her own locker and place her bag inside beside a running jacket.

Hindrick continued to lean on the wall, watching Evelyn as she worked and spoke. She moved with grace, but today it was just a little bit tight. Like she was sore or bruised. A deep frown formed on his face as he thought of something that had been bugging him for months. For as capable Evelyn was in the ring, she seemed to be suffering from some abuse. The tight walk, the slight groans when bending to pick something up, the fact she always kept her torso covered. These would be normal for any club member. but Evelyn didn't fight as often as the others. There was no reason for her to be in such a state.
As Eveyln answered his question, Hindrick pushed off the wall and walked over to Silas. The greenies always looked a mess after their first fight. Most enjoyed it; others, well, others were like Silas. Here for the wrong reasons. He gave the younger man a good look over. The flesh would heal with time, but would the mind? He had seen enough of these suicide cases. Coming for a way out. He always found it kind of funny. A death in this pit was something unknown. You fought clean and never killed. that was the rules and that's what made them different form the violence in the streets or the death pits. But he wasn't going to pry. Just hope for the best.
"Oh goody. I guess we'll have another five by the time the night is over," He gave a smile to Evelyn as she walked past. But then he spotted the bruises. The last time she fought was a week ago. But those were fresh. He clenched hi teeth and leaned against the wall again. He'd bite his tongue for the time being. But he couldn't help but worry.

Henry turned around quickly after being knocked in the back of the head, not standing for having the girl where he couldn't see her, unfortunately this also resulted in him receiving a hard fist to his already twice broken nose. She had made an awful mess of his face by now, blood was running down his chin from his nose and lip. But Henry had had worse, he wasn't going to let a little broken nose slow his game.
She was too close now to dart away, he slammed a huge fist in the direction of her head but was slightly off target from the pain and ended up aiming more for her left shoulder. If she dodged this he would instead attempt to tackle her to the ground, not exactly fair boxing either... but she started it. ---------
Silas just shrugged at her question and looked vague for a moment or two, staring off into the ring where Henry was. "Lost my Job, Girlfriend... " he said and now the reasons sounded really stupid out loud. He shut his mouth for now. That was until she snapped his nose back into place, then he screamed.
